NmateFinder is a privately owned platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to any federal, state, or local government agency, department, or law enforcement organization. We do not host inmate records and do not represent ourselves as an official records provider.

2. Routing to Official Sources

The Service provides navigation, organization, and educational content to help users locate official inmate lookup tools operated by government agencies. All authoritative inmate records reside with those agencies.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any information presented on the Service or accessible through external links. Information changes frequently. You are responsible for verifying all information directly with the relevant official source.

4. External Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites operated by government agencies and other parties. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Use of those sites is governed by their own terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or harm any individual.
